AI Headshot Generator Free at aiheadshotgeneratorfree.com makes professional headshots and profile pictures from a single selfie. Below is a plain account of the information that passes through the site, what it is for, which outside companies are involved and when it disappears. When we write "we" or "us", we mean the people who operate aiheadshotgeneratorfree.com.

The essentials

• Your selfie exists here for one reason: to render the headshot you requested. It is never sold, never shown publicly and never used as AI training data.
• Selfies stay in our storage only to run the service. Ask us and we erase yours.
• The free headshot is limited per person, so we remember a hashed version of your IP address plus a device identifier. Your actual IP address is not stored for this.

• Nobody signs up here, so we hold no names, email addresses or passwords.

Information you send

The selfie. Your browser shrinks and compresses the photo before it leaves your device, and we receive that copy together with the headshot style (background, outfit and so on) you selected. On tools with a free-text box, we also receive what you typed.

Emails to support. When you write to us, we keep the thread in order to answer it.

Records the site keeps

• Free headshot counter. A salted, one-way hash of your IP address, a device identifier that your browser derives from its own characteristics, and the number of free headshots used. The device identifier is also kept in your browser's local storage.
• Job history. For each headshot: the tool and style, the time, whether rendering succeeded, and links to the selfie and the finished image.
• Network logs. Our hosting provider handles your IP address, browser details and requested pages as part of serving the site and filtering malicious traffic.

• Traffic counts. Plausible Analytics tells us how many people visit which pages, from which countries and referrers. It sets no cookies and stores nothing that points back to you.

Cookies and what your browser stores

We don't place cookies on your device. Local storage in your browser holds two things: the device identifier mentioned above and whether you prefer the light or dark theme. Clearing this site's data in your browser deletes both.

Companies that help us run the site

A small number of outside providers are involved, each limited to its own task:

• Cloudflare: runs our servers and keeps the selfies you upload; your connection, including your IP address, passes through its network.
• AI model providers: get your selfie and the headshot style you chose, render the headshot, and hold the finished file briefly so you can download it.

• Plausible Analytics: tallies visits to each page with no cookies and nothing that could single you out.

Beyond these, we hand over information only where a law or court requires it, or where it is necessary to prevent fraud or keep someone safe. Personal information is not for sale here, and none of it is passed on for advertising.

When things are deleted

• Selfies: held only while the service needs them; erased on request.
• Finished headshots: stored by the AI provider that rendered them only for a short download window, after which they expire. Download any headshot you want to keep.
• Free headshot counters: kept while the free headshot is on offer; they never include your plain IP address.

What you can ask us

Send us an email to find out what we have about you, get a copy of it, have it corrected, or have it erased — your selfie included. You'll hear back within 30 days. Residents of places such as the EU, the UK or California may have additional legal rights, among them lodging a complaint with a data protection regulator.

Age limit

Headshots here are for adults: you must be 18 or older, and you may not upload a photo of anyone younger than 18. When we discover such a photo, we erase it.

Keeping data safe

All traffic to the site is encrypted with HTTPS. Every upload is verified to be an actual image before it is saved, and it is saved under a long, unpredictable address that appears nowhere on the site. Because anyone holding that address can view the file, don't share your headshot links unless you mean to.

International processing

The servers of our hosting and AI providers are spread over several countries, so your selfie may be handled outside your home country.

Updates

Any revision to this policy comes with a new date at the top. Before a change to how selfies are used takes effect, we will announce it on the site.
