Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AI Headshot Generator Free (aiheadshotgeneratorfree.com) and are agreed between you and the people who operate it ("we", "us"). Our Privacy Policy is part of them. By using the site you accept both; if you'd rather not, simply don't use it.

The service

You upload a selfie, choose a headshot style, and an AI model renders a new professional portrait from it. Because a model draws the result, your likeness may come out slightly different, and you may spot flaws like strange hands, warped accessories or blurry details. Check every headshot carefully before putting it on a profile, résumé or website.

Your free headshot

Anyone can make one headshot free of charge with no sign-up. The free allowance is meant once per person, and we check it by network and device; switching devices or browsers, using VPNs, or automating requests to collect more is against these terms. The free offer may be changed or withdrawn whenever we decide.

Rules for the selfies you upload

• The person in the photo must be you, or someone who has said yes to it.
• Nobody in the photo may be younger than 18.
• Nothing nude or sexual, violent, hateful, or unlawful in your country or ours.

The selfie stays your property. You let us store and process it, and pass it to our AI providers, solely to produce the headshots you ask for and only until it is erased as set out in the Privacy Policy.

Using your headshots

We don't own your headshots — put them on LinkedIn, résumés, company pages, print or anywhere else, personal or commercial, as long as the use is legal. Keep in mind that some countries don't grant copyright to images produced entirely by AI, and that a similar selfie and style can lead to a similar-looking portrait for someone else.

A headshot may not be used to pose as another person, to forge ID cards or official documents, or to mislead or harass others.

Not permitted

• Using the site in a way that breaks any law or anyone else's rights.
• Dodging the free headshot limit or our rate limits.
• Scraping, flooding or security-testing the site, or reaching for data that belongs to others.
• Reselling headshot generation, or wrapping the site in your own product, unless we've agreed to it in writing.

Our materials

The look of the site, its copy, logo and sample headshots are ours. Please don't reuse them without asking.

Changing or stopping the service

Features may change, pause or end at any time. Breaking these terms can get your access blocked, and we don't have to warn you first.

Without warranty

You get the site exactly as it is, whenever it happens to be available. We don't guarantee that it runs without interruption or errors, or that a headshot will be suitable for what you have in mind.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law permits, we are not responsible for indirect or follow-on losses, such as missed income, lost files or missed opportunities. For any claim relating to the site, our total responsibility is capped at the higher of USD 50 or the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the claim. Consumer rights that your local law makes non-waivable are not affected by anything here.

Updates to these terms

A revised version of these terms carries a new date at the top. If you keep using the site after a revision, you are agreeing to it.
